Spicy Korean Double Cheese

A massive burger that hinges on two meats - lamb and beef patties! Pickled vegetables and spicy Gochujang mayonnaise round off this masterpiece. Offer this on your premium burger menu and watch the burger-heads flock

Gochujang Mayonnaise;

Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:

  • Red onion, julienne 30 g

  • Cabbage julienne 20 g

  • Sugar 3 g

  • Salt, kosher 3 g

  • Apple cider vinegar 50 g

Prepare the Burger:

  • Pepper jack cheese, slices 1 pc

  • Pickled Red Onion, prepared 50 g

  • Cilantro 25 g

  • Hamburger buns, toasted 1 pc

  • Gochujang Mayonnaise 40 g

  • Lamb, patties 1 pc

  • Beef, patties 1 pc


  1. Gochujang Mayonnaise;

    • Combine Best Food Real Mayonnaise with Gochujang paste.

  2. Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:

    • Bring all ingredients except the onions and cabbage to a boil.

    • Remove from heat and add vegetables.

    • Allow to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.

  3. Prepare the Burger:

    • Season and cook patties to desired temperature.

    • Spread Gochujang Mayonnaise on buns.

    • Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
