Creamy Tomato Pasta:

  • Chicken1.25 kg

  • Onions75 g

  • Garlic75 g

  • Milk200 ml

  • Knorr Italian Tomato Base (12x700g)200 ml

  • Butter75 g

  • Mozzarella cheese150 g

  • Salt5 g

  • Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder (6x1kg)100 g

  • Fettuccine pasta5 pack

  • Water10 l

  • Rafhan Corn Oil (1x16L)100 ml

  • Garlic bread

  • Preparation

  • Creamy Tomato Pasta:

  • In a pot, add water, Fettuccine Pasta, oil and salt, bring it to a boil and add pasta in it, boil it for 10 minutes.

  • In a pan, add butter, onion, chopped garlic and sauté it for 2-3 minutes then add chicken strips and cook it for 7-8 minutes. Now add Knorr Italian Tomato Base, Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder, salt, pepper, milk, and mozzarella cheese and cook it for 2-4 minutes. Add boiled pasta into the creamy sauce.

  • Serve with garlic bread.
